Inner Transformation

Fear arises through identification with form, whether it be a material possession, a physical body, a social role, a self-image, a thought, or an emotion. It arises through unawareness of the formless inner dimension of consciousness or spirit, which is the essence of who you are... Eckhart Tolle

Meditation is a spiritual journey. One that by its nature requires us to look inward. In this state of beingness we are no longer comparing or judging. We feel a sense of oneness, unity and peace. Through a natural process of uncovering what lies within we gain more interior space.

When we look inward we are transformed. In looking outward...we fall. Can being still for a defined period of time change your life? Investigate it for yourself!
