HOPE & FAITH

Faith has to do with things that are not seen, and hope with things that are not in hand.- Saint Thomas Aquinas

Hope and Faith depend on each other to enable us to remain true and substantial. Faith resides in the present moment and it emanates from our heart. You don't have to have a particular belief system to have faith in a given situation. However, faith is greatly strengthened when it is directed towards a source. Hope is a feeling of expectation or desire and is projected towards a future moment. As with faith, you do not have to have a particular belief system but with one hope grows exponentially based on the tenants or teachings of that system. Meditating strengthens faith in things unseen and makes space within our being for doubts to transform into hope.
