"The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek." — Joseph Campbell
The thought of meditating can be fearful to some. Our culture is so busy doing; running here and there, fixing this and that, learning new things and taking on new challenges that the idea of just being still seems totally foreign. To go within requires courage. Through the practice of meditation we begin to uncover what lies at the heart of our very existence - a treasure that can not be found anywhere else. We find ourselves and in doing that we have become heroes. The journey to our mystical core reveals to us a sense of unity and oneness that is unparalleled by any other endeavor. By dying to our infantile self on a daily basis we become whole.
