All is impermanent. And what is the all that is impermanent? The eye is impermanent, visual objects [ruupaa]... eye-consciousness... eye contact [cakku-samphassa]... whatever is felt [vedayita] as pleasant or unpleasant or neither-unpleasant-nor-pleasant, born of eye-contact is impermanent. [Likewise with the ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind] - Buddha
Dust in the Wind by Kansas
I close my eyes, only for a moment, and the moment's gone
All my dreams, pass before my eyes, a curiosity
Dust in the wind, all they are is dust in the wind
Same old song, just a drop of water in an endless sea
All we do, crumbles to the ground, though we refuse to see
Dust in the wind, All we are is dust in the wind
Don't hang on, nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky
It slips away, and all your money won't another minute buy
Dust in the wind, All we are is dust in the wind
Dust in the wind, Everything is dust in the wind

Attachments are cause of suffering! To let go of attachments is freedom. The realization that life is impermanent, is wisdom. Buddhism says that the way to this realization is through meditation...
I'm not there yet, so I guess I'll meditate again tomorrow and let you know what I discover!
