Today I realized that I spend so much time "struggling" whether striving to overcome my circumstances or running from my past that I often forget to be gratefful of where I am. Life often seems difficult and uphill but that is matter of perspective. I wait for a sign and forget to recognize that I've had them and continue to have them on a daily basis.
Fear continues to be prevalent in my life but on my journey I am trying to remember to surround myself with love. Love of self, love of others. Someone once told me that love is the only thing that you give away that comes back to you tenfold. I like that.
For this moment I choose not to struggle. I choose to stretch my wings and fly viewing the world from a totally different perspective.
