
We live in a world filled with stimuli. Day in and day out we are bombarded by sounds, smells, feelings, sights and taste. From the day you were born until this very moment you are being stimulated by outside resources. Your soul and your mind cannot recharge when they are constantly being infiltrated by foreign energies. How do you know what your authentic longings and purpose is?
For many years I asked this very question, "what is my purpose?" Through moments of meditation I have found peace. Enough peace to stop longing, to stop yearning to just be. Of course you have stumbled across my purpose ...it's to share my moments of meditation with others - in hopes that someone else may find a moment of peace.
Meditating for 10 minutes 3 times a week can help you recharge. There are 168 hours in a week - what's thirty minutes? Be still, focus on your breathing, let your mind flow to peaceful loving thoughts - your energy will change, you'll find a smile in your heart and the true longing that lies within you will slowly rise to the surface.
