SINCERITY

“What is uttered from the heart alone, Will win the hearts of others to your own.”
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Just pondering...the moods and emotions of others! Today I observed someone displaying sincerity and it struck me that I don't feel that much from others. As my thoughts raced to find references for the act of being sincere - I realized I needed to find an actual definition.

Websters defines sincerity as: pure, genuine, free of hypocrisy, devotion without reservation, etc.

To be sincere one must be mindful. And yes, I'm going to say it - I gain mindfulness from daily meditation!
