This is one of those days where I feel like I'm riddled with scars. My hope is that our of my own suffering I will become a massive character who can reach out and help others. My perspective on struggles and suffering is very skewed today - I'm sure - but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Today I meditated briefly. What I saw was a lotus flower emerging from the sticky mud! In Buddhism it was said by the Buddha that in the Lotus we could find all the answers of life. A lotus grows in the mud and the deeper the mud is the more beautiful the flower. And for that hope I am grateful for my suffering.
