Imagining heaven is a wonderful meditative experience for anyone. Heaven is subjective. The images are based on our personal experiences and belief system. Christians believe that heaven is a place for the afterlife, Jehovah Witness' belief that heaven is here on earth, Buddhist believe that there are many levels of heaven.
For me a place called the Meadow at the top of the East River Moutain (photo above) is a little piece of heaven!
For a wonderful meditation experience try to imagine heaven.
1. sit quietly and comfortably in your favorite meditative pose.
2. with your eyes closed follow your breath in and out.
3. in your minds eye visualize the place that you call heaven.
