Meditation is the way for me to connect with the God of my understanding. My mind is normally busy...churning thoughts and emotions run constantly through my head. When I meditate I have moments of touching God. The connection is enough to bring me many residual moments of peace. Studies show that meditating for 10 minutes 3 times a week can change your life.
