Mindfulness Meditation

To meditate does not mean to fight with a problem.
To meditate means to observe.
Your smile proves it.
It proves that you are being gentle with yourself,
that the sun of awareness is shining in you,
that you have control of your situation.
You are yourself,
and you have acquired some peace. --Thick Nhat Hahn

The goal of meditation is bring you inner peace. When we have inner peace we affect the world around us - just like the photo above - there are know tidal waves from a drop of water...only ripples from where the drops enter the water. We are not the entire body of water we are but a drop!

Mindfulness meditation is allowing your mind to be present in the moment. To be in the moment one must be aware of their thoughts in a non-judgementive way...passive thoughts...let them pass through the evolutionary process like a drop of water falling gently into a pond.
